Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £30,000 + an extensive range of fantastic benefits
Location: Altrincham (Hybrid working available after probation)
Hours: Monday to Friday, standard business hours (09.00 - 18.00)

What you'll do:
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service every time
- Handle queries and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Communicate confidently via phone and email to resolve issues effectively
- Embody our company values in all interactions
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a phone-based role
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping others
- Confidence, resilience, and the ability to manage challenging conversations calmly
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
