Job Description
We're on the lookout for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our vibrant and friendly team at our Nottingham-based Customer Experience Centre. You will be part of a great team where your voice truly matters, and you personally can make a positive difference to the lives of our customers every day.
You will guide customers through their queries to provide a quick and perfect resolution. You'll have the chance to impress every time by delivering an exceptional customer experience, and in return will receive ongoing development and career progression opportunities.
You will also:
- Handle customer queries through inbound calls and emails, with AI features available to support you.
- Provide a great and memorable customer experience every time.
- Understand regulatory requirements and remain compliant.
- Continue to develop knowledge.

Further Details
- Full and Part-time roles available (minimum 20 hours per week for part-time)
- Start date – 01 September 2026 with face-to-face interviews during July
- All roles will begin with initial 4 weeks of classroom-based training running from 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM at our office in NG2. (You will need to attend all 4 weeks without annual leave)
- Following completion of training, this will move to a hybrid working model with 2 days per week in the office (Monday and Tuesday)
- Rotational shift pattern Monday - Saturday (If full time 5 days scheduled in advance between 8am/7:15pm)
Qualifications
- Experience delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Experience working in a target environment.
- Experience with computer-based systems.
- A high level of resilience communicating with customers.
- Preferable previous contact centre experience.
