What We’re Looking For:
- People skills: You’ve got a way with words and can turn a frustrated caller into a happy customer.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using various IT systems (but don’t worry, we’ll train you on ours!).
- Positive attitude: You’re solution-focused, adaptable, and ready to handle whatever comes your way.

When Can You Start?
We’re holding Assessment Centres on the following dates:
- Thursday 23rd July 2026 at 11:30am
- Thursday 23rd July 2026 at 2:30pm
- Monday 27th July 2026 at 11:30am
- Monday 27th July 2026 at 2:30pm
- Tuesday 28th July 2026 at 11:30am
- Tuesday 28th July 2026 at 2:30pm
This is where you can show off your skills, learn more about the role, and meet the team. These 2-hour sessions are a fun way to see if we’re a perfect match!
Mandatory training begins on Monday 24th August 2026 with the first five weeks covering everything you need to succeed. You’ll train full-time, 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday—and after that, you’ll be ready to shine!
