Customer Service Advisor

Duties
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries via phone, email, and mobile.
- Provide accurate information regarding our services, ensuring customer needs are fully understood.
- Utilise our CRM system to log interactions, update customer records, and track service requests efficiently.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends or issues, contributing to continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour at all times, fostering positive relationships with clients.

Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
