Senior Customer Service Consultant (** holidays & mountain experiences **)

This role is available on home working or hybrid basis (working from our Surbiton office).

About the Role
- Provide outstanding customer service across phone, chat, and digital channels
- Manage a high volume of customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Share destination and product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions
- Solve customer issues with empathy and a positive, solution-focused mindset
- Work collaboratively to achieve team and individual performance targets
- Maintain booking details and comply with company policies and data protection requirements
About You
- Flexibility to work varied shifts (including evenings and weekends) between 8am–9pm, 7 days a week
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
- Team player who’s also confident working independently
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Customer-focused with genuine empathy
- Proactive problem solver who takes ownership
- Commitment to learning and personal development
