Customer Service Advisor

Customer Services Advisor – Homes Team (Hybrid, Speke)

Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a skilled Customer Services Advisor to join our Homes Team.

About the Role

As our Customer Services Advisor, you'll handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with customer complaints/queries, and ensure accurate diagnosis of repairs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor
  • Working efficiently under pressure
  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment, where proactive help is valued

This is a full-time role with a rota spanning 7.30am–9.30pm, Monday–Sunday. The rota includes:

  • 2 weekend shifts per 10
  • 2 later shifts per 10
  • Hybrid work policy with fixed office days on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling diverse call types (repairs, home enquiries, complaints) with accurate complaints logging and clear diagnoses.
  • Recording and updating repairs via IT systems.
  • Ensuring transparent appointment scheduling, respecting target timeframes for resolutions.
  • Prioritising armed forces families with exceptional service.
  • Collaborating with RAMS (Repair and Maintenance Service) to maintain transparency.

Key Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with a minimum 1 year’s experience in customer-facing or verbal roles.
  • Excellent clear verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships across multiple levels.
  • Exceptional telephone manner.
  • Clearance for SC security check.
