Customer Service Advisor - DAF Fleet Services - Devizes

Customer Service Advisor

Do you want to work in a fast-paced, friendly office environment? We currently have an exciting position as a Customer Service Advisor in our fantastic DAF Fleet Services team in Devizes. We offer our clients bespoke fleet management solutions to remove the administrative burden of operating their fleet.

As a Customer Service Advisor, We Can Offer You

  • Base salary of up to £26,437 (depending on your Customer Service Advisor experience)
  • OTE £31,437 (Quarterly team bonus of up to £1,250. Qualify for bonus scheme of up to £5,000 a year once fully trained and contributing towards team targets)

Who are we looking for as a Customer Service Advisor:

Ideally, you will have the following skills/experience but training will be provided:

  • Most importantly, you’ll have a can-do attitude.
  • Enjoy troubleshooting and have the ability to think on your feet.
  • A proven track record of providing world-class customer service.
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A high level of IT literacy and comfortable speaking to clients on the phone and using email.
  • Be organized, resilient, and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Any experience of Fleet Management or the automotive sector would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred).

The Customer Service Advisor role/responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • To be a customer service champion. Ensure our clients fleet is compliant and they are adhering to their legal responsibilities.
  • Own inspection and maintenance plans and communicate these to customers.
  • Document all correspondence with clients in the appropriate system or database.
  • General administration duties required for the smooth running of the Customer Service Department.
