What You’ll Do
✉ Make energy crystal clear
Cut through the jargon and help customers understand their bills, meters, and tariffs without the headaches.
🔍 Be the problem-solver
Handle billing queries, meter issues, or complex questions—quickly, patiently, and right-first-time.
🎧 Full-service ownership
No ghosting customers or endless transfers. Take ownership from start to finish. Complain to celebrate—you’ll make sure the right solution gets delivered.
💬 Real conversations, not scripts
Listen, adapt, and craft solutions customers understand—no robotic mumbo-jumbo here.

Role Details
📍 Location: Central Brighton ⏰ Hours: Full-time 💸 Salary: £26,600 per annum 🚀 We like results—Get started immediately.
