£30,000 OTE 4-day working week, 1 in 3 Saturdays (rota basis)


About the Role

At JCT600, our Customer Service Advisors are crucial to delivering a seamless and professional aftersales experience. You’ll act as the trusted point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle servicing journey, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination between customers and our workshop team.

This role is key to building long-lasting customer relationships by managing expectations and delivering exceptional service at every stage.


Daily Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include:

  • Scheduling and managing vehicle service appointments and repairs.
  • Advising customers on necessary maintenance and repair work with clarity and precision.
  • Coordinating with workshop technicians to monitor job progress and completion.
  • Ensuring all service documentation and systems remain up to date and compliant.

Key Requirements

We’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a service advisor or automotive customer support role (preferable).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
