Customer Service Advisor (Temporary Contract)
Location: Holywood, Northern Ireland
Contract: Temporary, minimum 6-month assignment
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and customer-focused team on a temporary basis for a minimum of six months. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous contact centre or customer service experience who enjoy helping customers and delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone and other communication channels
- Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries efficiently
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Working collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment

Requirements
- Previous contact centre and/or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Good IT skills and experience using customer management systems
- Ability to manage a busy workload while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Based in Northern Ireland with full rights to work unrestricted in the United Kingdom

Working Hours
- 37 hours per week, onsite
- Monday to Friday
- Shifts are scheduled between 8:00am and 8:00pm (for example, 9:00am-5:00pm, 12:00pm-8:00pm) etc.
