Role: Customer Service Advisor (French Speaking)
Salary: £30,000
We are working exclusively with a reputable business, who due to business growth, are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, keeping things organised, and being a reliable point of contact.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor (French Speaking):
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through phone and email communication.
- Process orders, issue quotations and complete sales administration accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure orders are delivered on time.
- Produce shipping documentation, arrange courier collections and provide delivery updates.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records while supporting the wider sales team.

Requirements for the Customer Service Advisor (French Speaking):
- French speaking (ideally A level or Degree level)
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Excel
