Customer Service Advisor
Customer Services Advisor - Homes Team (Speke)
Pinnacle Group are recruiting for a skilled Customer Services Advisor to join our Homes Team, based in Speke.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls for repairs, general home enquiries, and complaints
- Providing accurate diagnoses of repairs and assistance for customer concerns
- Maintaining friendly, efficient customer interactions under pressure
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Working Arrangements
- Full-time role, with a rotating schedule covering Monday to Sunday.
- Hybrid working model with fixed office days on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
- Willingness to work weekend and later shifts as required (2 weekends in 10, 2 later shifts in 10).

Who We’re Looking For
Key Responsibilities
To deliver exceptional service, the successful candidate will:
- Handle various call types—repairs, enquiries, and complaints—diagnosing issues accurately and logging complaints efficiently.
- Ensure all repairs are properly documented across IT systems.
- Communicate effectively with customers to secure quick resolutions and avoid ill-managed wait times.
- Provide premium support for armed forces families.
Key Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing/verbal role.
- Clear, professional communication (both written and verbal).
- Ability to collaborate with internal/external teams and build strong relationships.
- First-rate telephone etiquette required.
- Successful SC security clearance mandate.
