About the Role
Customer Service Advisor (Location: Stoke-on-Trent, ST1)
This role is central to providing outstanding customer service across various communication channels. Reporting to [insert supervisor/manager], you will play a pivotal role in interacting with the public and supporting efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting with specific and general enquiries made by members of the public
- Act as the first face-to-face point of contact for visitors
- Operate all relevant computer systems professionally and accurately
- Support face-to-face, electronic channel, telephone, and email enquiries
- Undertake all general office duties as directed

Minimum Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills to manage workloads effectively
- Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy, ensuring consistency and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (critical for inquiries with members of the public)
- Must be able to deal with members of the public in a professional, polite, and welcoming manner
Pay & Conditions
- Hourly rate: £12.71 – £14.90 per hour (PAYE)
- Payment frequency: Weekly
- Statutory deductions for tax, national insurance, and pension apply unless opted out.
