At Finesse Accident Repair Centres, we believe the customer experience is just as important as the repair itself.

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our manufacturer approved accident repair centre in Dorking.

This is an opportunity to become part of a team that's committed to delivering outstanding service, building lasting customer relationships and setting the standard for quality within the accident repair industry.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a vital role in guiding them through what can often be a stressful experience. Your ability to communicate clearly, stay organised and genuinely care about the people you're helping will make all the difference.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple priorities.

Experience within the accident repair, bodyshop or wider automotive industry would be a significant advantage, but it isn't essential. If you've built a career delivering exceptional customer service and are keen to learn, we'd still love to hear from you.
