About The Role

Are you passionate about helping people and delivering outstanding service? At Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care, we are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join our friendly and fast-paced team at our Head Office in Birmingham. As a key point of contact for both customers and branches, you’ll be responsible for handling a variety of queries and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality care and service. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer and branch enquiries via phone and email
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service by addressing needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Manage and resolve complaints with empathy and a solution-focused approach
  • Work independently to manage your workload and ensure accurate updates to customer records and internal systems
  • Collaborate with team members and line managers to improve processes and enhance service delivery
  • Contribute feedback and ideas to help continuously improve the customer experience

What we're looking for

We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills who genuinely enjoy helping others. You should be confident in problem solving, capable of managing your tasks independently, and able to work effectively as part of a team. A customer-first attitude is essential, and while previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage, it is not required - we value enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
