Customer Service Advisor
Purpose of the Role
To provide resolutions for customer queries/issues and personalise each interaction through the use of multiple communication channels.
Accountabilities
- Collaborate across multiple digital channels to personalise customer interactions
- Enhance the bank’s digital capabilities where current technology falls short
- Deliver exceptional customer service by:
- Responding efficiently to inquiries
- Resolving issues
- Handling requests effectively
- Support internal stakeholders (sales, operations, risk management) to ensure accurate, timely transactions meeting client needs
- Assist business operations teams (risk, compliance, collections) as required
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal customer-care policies

- Meet stakeholders’/customers’ needs through specialist advice
- Perform prescribed tasks efficiently and to a high standard

- Branch or hub interactions (face-to-face guidance/support)
- Work 5 days/week, including occasional weekends
