Customer Service Advisor

Purpose of the Role

To provide resolutions for customer queries/issues and personalise each interaction through the use of multiple communication channels.

Accountabilities

  • Collaborate across multiple digital channels to personalise customer interactions
  • Enhance the bank’s digital capabilities where current technology falls short
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by:
    • Responding efficiently to inquiries
    • Resolving issues
    • Handling requests effectively
  • Support internal stakeholders (sales, operations, risk management) to ensure accurate, timely transactions meeting client needs
  • Assist business operations teams (risk, compliance, collections) as required
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal customer-care policies

You’ll serve as the primary contact for Retail Banking customers:

  • Branch or hub interactions (face-to-face guidance/support)
  • Work 5 days/week, including occasional weekends

Channel Offerings

  • Salary: £26,700 per annum on SC/London Band 1 (competitive starting point)
