📍 UK Remote
⏳ Permanent | Part-time | 32 hours per week

We create all our games in-house, genuinely care about our players, and our Customer Experience team sits right at the heart of everything we do.

We're looking for flexible, proactive, people-first Customer Service Advisors with excellent Italian language skills who enjoy variety, love solving problems, and are excited by the opportunity to build a career with us.

🔍 What you'll be doing

No two days are the same in this role.

One moment you could be supporting a player through live chat, the next you might be on the phone helping resolve an issue, celebrating a big win, or welcoming a brand-new player to tombola.

You'll be:

  • Supporting players through both phone and live chat.
  • Finding the right solution for every customer by listening, investigating and problem solving.
  • Reviewing customer identification as part of onboarding new players.
  • Helping to keep tombola a safe and responsible place to play by supporting our safer gambling processes.
  • Delivering an awesome customer experience with every interaction.

You'll be supporting our Italian players, so you'll need to be confident communicating in Italian, both written and spoken. Every conversation is an opportunity to represent tombola and leave our players feeling valued and supported.

⏰ Working hours

This is a 32-hour permanent position.

Our Customer Experience team supports players between 7am and 11pm (UK time).

Shifts are worked on a flexible rota, including evenings and weekends. Flexibility is important, as these are often our busiest times, but you'll always receive your rota at least five weeks in advance, giving you plenty of time to plan around your personal commitments.

👀 What we're looking for

  • Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre or similar environment.
  • Excellent Italian language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with a wide range of people.
  • A proactive problem solver who enjoys finding solutions.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A warm, friendly personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
  • A supportive team player who's always happy to help colleagues.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • A desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career at tombola.
