We’re recruiting on behalf of a thriving international business services organisation that continues to expand across the UK and overseas. Due to increased demand, they’re looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join their welcoming team on a temporary basis.
If you have experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Contact Centre, Call Centre, Member Services or Customer Care, this could be the perfect opportunity to join a business that genuinely values its customers and employees.
The Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for members, providing exceptional support by telephone and email. You’ll enjoy building relationships, resolving queries and ensuring every customer receives a first-class service.

Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming member enquiries via telephone and email.
- Delivering a professional, friendly and efficient customer experience on every interaction.
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues across the business to ensure queries are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Championing the customer by ensuring their needs remain at the heart of every decision.
- Updating customer records accurately and maintaining high levels of administration.
- Working collaboratively with the wider Customer Service team to achieve service excellence.

About You
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Contact Centre, Call Centre, Customer Care or Member Services.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, proactive approach.
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
