Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- A keen interest in the technology behind our product and the ability to learn its technical aspects.
- IT skills, including knowledge of SAP.
- Qualification in Business, Customer Services, or IT.
Key Skills:
- A proactive approach to work, embracing company values.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload.
- Proficiency in Office Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making.
- Willingness to travel for training.
Training
- Ongoing training to build confidence in handling customer queries.
- Ad-hoc visits to teams in Newry, Northern Ireland, Liverpool, and Belgium for training.
