About the Role: Customer Experience Specialist

Location: Nottingham-based Customer Experience Centre

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer queries with speed and excellence, guiding clients through their needs for perfect outcomes.
  • Deliver outstanding CX consistently via inbound calls and emails, leveraging AI tools for support.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all interactions.
  • Continuously expand industry knowledge and adapt to evolving processes.
  • Contribute to memorable CX that exceeds expectations.

Working Model & Schedule

  • Full-time / Part-time (minimum 20 hours/week for part-time roles).
  • Starts 1 September 2026 with interviews held in July 2026.
  • Initial 4-week training: Classroom-based, Mon–Fri (09:00–17:00) at Nottingham HQ (attendance mandatory).
  • After training:
    • Hybrid model: Mon–Tue in the office; flexibly remote otherwise.
    • Shift pattern: Rotational (Mon–Sat), with weekdays pre-scheduled (8am–7:15pm).

Minimum Requirements

✔ Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. ✔ Strong resilience in high-pressure environments. ✔ Previous experience inside a customer-facing target setting or contact centre preferred.
