About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic and friendly Customer Service team.

This is a hybrid working role in our newly built Claydon premises, where you'll be the first point of contact for patients and clients—playing a vital role in their recovery journey.

You'll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, along with general administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Any of the following:

  • GNVQ/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
  • 4 GCSEs (A-C), including English and Maths
  • Or, minimum of 2 years' customer service experience (or Contact Centre Professional certification)

Experience

  • Customer service or contact centre experience
  • Comfort in engaging with medical professionals and patients
  • Competent using Microsoft Office and database systems

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

  • Salary: £26,436.84 per year (40 hours/week)
  • Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 08:00 - 18:30, Monday-Friday, with some Saturday mornings (08:00-13:00)
  • 33 days annual leave (inclusive of 8 bank holidays). Annual leave increases with service.
