What You'll Be Doing
- Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
- Providing solutions and resolving customer issues efficiently
- Delivering an excellent customer experience on every interaction
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure customer needs are met
- Maintaining accurate customer records and attention to detail
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. If you're positive, organised and remain calm under pressure, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll also have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office experience is helpful but not essential)
- Previous customer service experience is desirable, but not essential
Don't worry if you don't know everything already, we'll give you all the support you need with a comprehensive 4-week induction programme to help you succeed from day one.
Working hours
You'll work a 37.5-hour week on a rota between:
- Monday to Friday: 7:45am - 5:30pm
- Saturday: 8:00am - 1:00pm (approximately 1 in every 8 Saturdays)
