Customer Service Analyst – Customer Care
About the Role
To provide resolutions for customer queries/issues and personalise each interaction through the use of multiple communication channels.
Accountabilities

Collaboration & Digital Capabilities
- Work across multiple digital channels to personalise customer interactions.
- Identify and enhance the bank’s digital capabilities when current technology lacks support.

Customer Service Excellence
- Deliver exceptional service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing client requests efficiently.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal customer care policies.

Internal Stakeholder Support
- Collaborate with sales, operational, risk management, and compliance teams to meet client needs.
- Support business operations, including risk management, collections, and compliance as needed.
Analyst Expectations

- Meet stakeholder and customer needs with specialist advice and support.
- Perform prescribed activities timely and to a high standard, impacting both the role and surrounding teams.
- Lead or supervise a team, guiding professional development, allocating work, and coordinating resources.

Customer Service Advisor – Retail Banking (Hub/ Branch)
- Join us as a Customer Service Advisor, the first point of contact for Barclays Retail Banking customers.
- Role: Friendly face and support for clients, offering personalised, face-to-face guidance.
- Working Model: Part-time monthdays, including weekends (5 days/ week).
- Salary: Competitive starting rate of £26,700 with a full benefits package, including:
