What Will You Do

As Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer and broker enquiries, ensuring queries are resolved within a specific timescale.
  • Ensure all Customer Services activities are administered effectively and efficiently, with a focus on first-contact resolution.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of calls and emails daily.
  • Analyse customer data (e.g., meter readings, billing data) at a high level to resolve complex queries efficiently.
  • Deliver positive, customer-centric interactions aligned with SEFE’s core values.
