The Role: Customer Service Advisor (M/F/D)

This is a permanent contract role, based in Telford, reporting to the Customer Care Team Leader in the Sales & Marketing department.


What You Will Do?

  • Act as the face of Customer Service, delivering a seamless, best-in-class customer experience with full ownership over interactions and journeys.
  • Build strong internal and customer relationships, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and collaborative efficiency.
  • Process sales orders accurately and compliantly, maintaining data quality, execution timeliness, and adherence to internal procedures.
  • Manage inbound calls and emails with fast, professional, and solution-driven responses, meeting all service-level agreements.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge across all Hager brands, continually enhancing expertise to better serve customers.
  • Uphold Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards, along with internal processes and company values.
