Customer Service Advisor
Customer Service Advisor – Rugby

Hours & Location
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 40 hours per week

About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will ensure that our customers receive prompt, professional, and compliant service while upholding company standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs), company policies, and GDPR & Health & Safety regulations to maintain full compliance.
- Manage customer queries efficiently: provide accurate information, offer assistive solutions, and resolve issues while maintaining service excellence.
- Oversee scheduled deliveries—coordinate booking times, track progress, and escalate missing or delayed deliveries to customers.
- Generate quotes for customers in line with structured processes, inputting details into Stirling for accurate record-keeping.

Core Skills & Competencies
- Preferred: Experience in transport or warehousing; knowledge of traffic management systems; and familiarity with customer account management.
- Strong customer query handling skills with problem-solving aptitude.
- Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) at intermediate level.
