Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor – Rugby

Join the team at Kinaxia, based in Rugby, to deliver outstanding customer service, driving satisfaction and ensuring a world-class experience for all clients.

Hours & Location

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 40 hours per week

About the Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will ensure that our customers receive prompt, professional, and compliant service while upholding company standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs), company policies, and GDPR & Health & Safety regulations to maintain full compliance.
  • Manage customer queries efficiently: provide accurate information, offer assistive solutions, and resolve issues while maintaining service excellence.
  • Oversee scheduled deliveries—coordinate booking times, track progress, and escalate missing or delayed deliveries to customers.
  • Generate quotes for customers in line with structured processes, inputting details into Stirling for accurate record-keeping.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Preferred: Experience in transport or warehousing; knowledge of traffic management systems; and familiarity with customer account management.
  • Strong customer query handling skills with problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external working relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) at intermediate level.
