Customer Service Advisor
Location: Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire Remote work options available – Post probation: £24,968.39 Per Annum + Benefits Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Start date: August 2026

This role focuses on assisting customers in submitting and managing motor warranty claims—either via phone or through our in-house system, The Connection. You’ll liaise with dealers to gather claim details, process claims (accepting or rejecting based on warrant terms), while delivering exceptional support.

What You’ll Actually Do
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Managing motor warranty claims on behalf of dealerships via phone or The Connection
- Gathering claim details, verifying them against policy terms, and making acceptance/rejection decisions
- Providing clear, empathetic support to customers and dealers
- Using assurance systems responsibly while delivering consistency across claims processing
What You Bring to the Team
For this role, we’re looking for: ✔ Outstanding communication skills – Can listen, articulate, and problem-solve under pressure ✔ Basic computer proficiency – Data entry, system navigation, and a familiar grounding with MS Office/Apps ✔ Experience in customer service – A track record of solving issues with respect and accuracy ✔ Adaptability – Insight into motor-related contracts and warranty terms is a plus!
