Our online marketplace connects customers with trusted suppliers quickly and easily, helping businesses across the UK work faster, smarter, and more sustainably.
We are now looking to add a Customer Service Advisor to our team where you'll be a crucial link between our customers and suppliers, ensuring a seamless service. Your expertise will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational success.
A Typical Day
- Handling all customer requests within agreed SLAs and supporting any queries
- Making recommendations to customers and supporting the ordering process
- Raising customer orders and overseeing the fulfilment process from order placement through to completion.
- Identifying and driving near-term sales opportunities in collaboration with Key Account Managers to support revenue growth and customer retention.
