What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and takes pride in doing a great job.
The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, Your Responsibilities Will Include
- To ensure KPI for incoming calls is reached
- Proactively manage the account ensuring that delayed orders and breakages are chased and communicated effectively and accurately to opticians
- To answer technical questions relating to dispensing of optical lens.
- Communicate product/service/promotions prior to launch
- Ensure that all orders are input on the same day as received
- Through Pro-active retention calls to actively encourage non active customers/potential customers to begin spending with Hoya
- Proactively keep up to date with both the Hoya and competitor product and service offer
- To provide support with order entry of Glazed work/ Faxed orders/ Returns

About You
We're looking for a positive and customer-focused individual who can build strong relationships and thrive as part of a team. Ideally, you will have:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience of dealing with Customers
- Experience of problem solving
- Basic computer skills
- Flexibility
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organisational ability
- Focused, self-motivated and pro-active

- Willingness to learn new skills
