What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and takes pride in doing a great job.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • To ensure KPI for incoming calls is reached
  • Proactively manage the account ensuring that delayed orders and breakages are chased and communicated effectively and accurately to opticians
  • To answer technical questions relating to dispensing of optical lens.
  • Communicate product/service/promotions prior to launch
  • Ensure that all orders are input on the same day as received
  • Through Pro-active retention calls to actively encourage non active customers/potential customers to begin spending with Hoya
  • Proactively keep up to date with both the Hoya and competitor product and service offer
  • To provide support with order entry of Glazed work/ Faxed orders/ Returns
