The Role
Based at our Bedford HQ – MK41 0LF, this part-time position involves:
- Friendly and efficient customer support through handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive service experience.
- Suitable for school leavers or those seeking flexible weekend work (with optional shifts during the week).

Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
- Gather details from customers to address their queries clearly, professionally, and promptly via:
- Company ticketing system
After-Delivery Support
- Handle all post-delivery enquiries, including:
- Returns management
- Assembly and technical assistance
- Customer documentation queries
- Replacement parts processing
- Ensure each case is fully resolved.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams, including:
- Design Department
- Factory Liaison Managers
- Logistics
- Work collaboratively to resolve customer issues.
Logistical Operations
- Process customer orders for replacement or spare parts.
- Investigate queries across departments to identify root causes and propose solutions.
- Coordinate and track transfers and deliveries, ensuring timely dispatch and customer communication.

Working Style
- Independent work: Confidently manage individual workloads.

Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally in after-sales or logistics support.
- Proficient in using the MS Office Suite and relevant software.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

6-month temporary contract with potential for permanency.

Alongside core duties:
- Saturdays: 09:00 – 17:00
- Sundays: 10:00 – 16:00
- Flexibility for weekdays is highly desirable.

Hourly Rate: £28,000 p.a. (prorated for part-time).

29 days holiday per year, including bank holidays (prorated for part-time).
