CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - PART TIME
Earn up to £18,948 OTE per annum! With the opportunity for overtime.

Join us as a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor and become the welcoming voice of Hedin Automotive BMW & MINI. Based in our modern, centralised Contact Centre at our prestigious Bromley location, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to deliver the exceptional service our brands are renowned for.
In this customer-focused role, you'll handle telephone and online enquiries, book service appointments, and provide vital support to our Aftersales teams, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and positive experience.

THE MAIN DUTIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE
- Answering and transferring inbound calls and online enquiries, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and the highest standard of customer service
- Accurately recording customer details and requirements when handling an enquiry
- Arranging aftersales bookings by telephone and allocating work to relevant workshop teams
- Providing customer estimates in line with company policy on schedules, times and pricing
- Making outbound calls to customers when ordered parts have arrived and arranging convenient booking dates
- Working closely with Service Team Managers and Sales Teams to maximise customer opportunities
- Maintain a strong knowledge of current sales products, service packages & campaigns across the BMW & MINI product range
YOUR PROFILE
- Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment, such as a Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Executive, Call Centre Agent, Contact Centre Adviser, Complaint Handler, or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident at resolving complex issues
- Strong administration and IT skills with excellent attention to detail
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

SALARY AND WORKING HOURS
- Basic salary of £15,924.48 per annum with a competitive OTE of £18,948.48
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday 9am - 6pm with an hour lunch unpaid.
- Office-based role at our Bromley centre
