Customer Service Advisor
Customer Service Advisor – Retail Banking – Trusted Service (Team Leader/Individual Contributor)
Purpose of the Role
To provide resolutions for customer queries/issues and personalise each interaction through the use of multiple communication channels.
Accountabilities
- Collaborate across multiple digital channels to personalise interactions with customers
- Enhance the bank’s digital capabilities when current technology lacks support
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling requests efficiently
- Support internal stakeholders (sales, operations, risk, compliance) to execute accurate, time-sensitive transactions
- Assess and act on risks, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Work with business operations teams (risk, compliance, collections) as needed
- Bridges the gap between current abilities and future advancements to meet customer expectations
