Customer Service Advisor – Student Accommodation

Customer Service Advisor

Location

Home Park, Bournemouth

Salary & Rates

£17,409.60 per annum pro rata (£13.95 per hour, with overtime paid at 1.25x the hourly rate)

Hours

Average of 24 hours per week (contracted to 1,248 hours annually pro rata), 8am – 8pm.

Term

Fixed-term contract until 17 November 2026.

What You’ll Do

Your role, deep in the heart of Student Roost, is to:

✅ Create an inclusive and supportive environment for your residents ✅ Manage enquiries with exceptional customer service ✅ Take and follow payments, ensuring accuracy ✅ Support the team to create memorable events and engage the community ✅ Drive sales and management tasks to help grow our services ✅ Resolve issues promptly and professionally
