Are you a fluent Swedish speaker with strong Danish language skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences?
Euro London is excited to be partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing international consumer brand to recruit a Swedish & Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of growth as it expands its presence across the Nordic market.
You'll play a key role in supporting customers across Sweden and Denmark, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring every interaction is positive, engaging and solution-focused. As part of a collaborative, international team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a growing market while developing your own career within a highly customer-centric organisation.

The role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will support customers across multiple channels, delivering a first-class experience and helping to strengthen long-term customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing outstanding customer support via phone, email, live chat and social media
- Managing customer enquiries, orders, feedback and service-related issues
- Delivering personalised and empathetic customer experiences
- Building strong relationships and acting as a brand ambassador
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- Sharing customer feedback and insights with wider teams
- Working collaboratively within a supportive and fast-paced international environment
About you:
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
To be successful, you'll have:
- Fluent Swedish (written and spoken)
- Strong Danish language skills with at least professional working proficiency
- Fluent English communication skills
- Previous customer service, customer support or customer-facing experience
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- A positive, team-oriented attitude whilst being comfortable working independently
