Customer Service Advisor – TRM (Total Resource Management)
Blisworth

Olleco are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Total Resource Management division. This is an amazing opportunity to join our progressive renewables company, grow your career and make a positive environmental impact.
Olleco serves the UK’s food and hospitality industries, delivering circular economy solutions and helping our customers to operate more sustainably. Our Total Resource Management division encompasses all recyclable and residual waste streams giving a holistic view of the environmental impact of our customers.

Job Description
- Build strong rapport with our customers by consistently delivering excellent customer service.
- Respond to and resolve customer queries in a timely, professional and commercially conscious manner.
- Work with 3rd party suppliers to ensure service levels are maintained and issues are resolved.
- Input and maintain accurate data for all customer interactions. This includes contact information, general enquiries, missed lift notifications, courtesy calls and new orders.
- Adopt our first-fix approach by identifying potential issues and proactively create solutions to prevent problems in the future.
- Complete weekly administration of customer accounts including data entry and invoice queries.
- Build strong internal and external relationships.
- Support the TRM senior management team

Qualifications
- 2 years’ experience working within a customer service environment.
- Knowledge of the Waste Management Industry is preferred but not essential.
- Familiar with CRM systems.
- Attention to process and detail.
- Problem solving mentality.
- Ability to keep to strict deadlines
- Sound Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- GCSE English & Maths or equivalent
