Customer Service Advisor Required
Based at our Kibworth Head Office (LE8)
Full Time – 37.5 hours per week (9am–5pm, Monday–Friday)
Permanent Position
We are looking for a confident customer-focused individual to join our busy Customer Services team. This role is email-heavy and requires someone who is comfortable speaking to customers, resolving issues and handling complaints professionally and calmly over email, as well as speaking to them on the phone.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Handling customer complaints with confidence and effective problem-solving.
- Processing customer orders over the telephone.
- Building strong customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Upselling and cross-selling relevant products during customer interactions.
- Organising deliveries through company software.
- Providing pre-sales assistance and clear product information.
- Maintaining neat, accurate admin and paperwork.
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods—everyone mucks in.

What We Need From You:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience, ideally in a call centre or phone-based role.
- A warm, confident, and professional telephone manner.
- The ability to stay calm, patient, and solution-focused when handling complaints.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; computer literate.
- High accuracy and great attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
- A positive, team-focused attitude.

Pay: £24,784.50 with £1,000 bonus scheme & commission
