About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of customer interactions, and can support operational processes with accuracy and efficiency.

You will play a key role in ensuring high standards of service while supporting the broader team.

Scope of Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer orders in line with company procedures
  • Manage and process returns while ensuring timely resolutions
  • Respond to and resolve customer queries via email, phone and system platforms
  • Investigate and resolve basic EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) issues
  • Monitor order flow and proactively identify and resolve potential disruptions
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction
  • Ensure all interactions align with company policies and service standards

Requirements

  • Advantageous experience using SAP
  • Office-based customer service experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of order processing systems and returns management
  • Experience with EDI systems (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proactive, positive, and customer-focused approach
