About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of customer interactions, and can support operational processes with accuracy and efficiency.
You will play a key role in ensuring high standards of service while supporting the broader team.

Scope of Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders in line with company procedures
- Manage and process returns while ensuring timely resolutions
- Respond to and resolve customer queries via email, phone and system platforms
- Investigate and resolve basic EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) issues
- Monitor order flow and proactively identify and resolve potential disruptions
- Maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction
- Ensure all interactions align with company policies and service standards
Requirements
- Advantageous experience using SAP
- Office-based customer service experience preferred
- Strong understanding of order processing systems and returns management
- Experience with EDI systems (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proactive, positive, and customer-focused approach
