What you'll be doing:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with account enquiries, providing support, resolving issues, and delivering an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.

- You'll be expected to build rapport with customers, take ownership of enquiries, and ensure every conversation is handled professionally and efficiently.
Role Details
- Pay: £13.00 per hour, plus holiday pay.
- Location: Birmingham City Centre
- Contract: 12-month temporary contract
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday with a rotating shift pattern between 8:00am and 10:00pm, scheduled in advance to support a busy customer operation.
- Full flexibility is essential, as you'll be required to work a variety of early and late shifts across the operating hours.
What you'll bring:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, contact centre, banking or similar)
- Are professional, reliable and punctual
- Take pride in delivering great customer service
- Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Can remain calm, organised and solutions-focused
