Customer Consultant – Solus
About the Role
The Customer Consultant role at Solus centres on clear communication, organisation and a customer experience focus. As a key point of contact, you’ll support customers through their repair journey while ensuring smooth, day-to-day site operations—a varied role blending customer service, coordination, and vehicle logistics.
You’ll balance customer care with practical, site-based tasks, requiring judgement, organisation, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
You’ll:
- Keep customers updated on vehicle repair progress
- Handle queries professionally, delivering clear and timely responses
- Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and courteously, if required
- Coordinate vehicle movements and transport logistics
- Support site operations, including parts coordination and administration
- Collaborate with technicians, production teams, and site leaders
- Maintain a welcoming, organised, and professional site environment
Reliability, attention to detail, and empathy directly impact customer confidence—making this role impactful and meaningful.

- Full UK driving licence, with confidence in handling customer vehicles
- Excellent communication skills (both face-to-face and over the phone)

- Professional attitude, representing Solus well in customer interactions
- A positive, team-focused approach
