Customer Consultant – Solus

About the Role

The Customer Consultant role at Solus centres on clear communication, organisation and a customer experience focus. As a key point of contact, you’ll support customers through their repair journey while ensuring smooth, day-to-day site operations—a varied role blending customer service, coordination, and vehicle logistics.

You’ll balance customer care with practical, site-based tasks, requiring judgement, organisation, and professionalism.


Responsibilities

You’ll:

  • Keep customers updated on vehicle repair progress
  • Handle queries professionally, delivering clear and timely responses
  • Collect and deliver customer vehicles safely and courteously, if required
  • Coordinate vehicle movements and transport logistics
  • Support site operations, including parts coordination and administration
  • Collaborate with technicians, production teams, and site leaders
  • Maintain a welcoming, organised, and professional site environment

Reliability, attention to detail, and empathy directly impact customer confidence—making this role impactful and meaningful.

  • Full UK driving licence, with confidence in handling customer vehicles
  • Excellent communication skills (both face-to-face and over the phone)

  • Professional attitude, representing Solus well in customer interactions
  • A positive, team-focused approach
