About the Role:
We're expanding our customer service team to support our continued growth and ensure we maintain the highest standards of support for every customer. Based in our Derry offices, our customer service advisors are the first point of contact for all customer queries, handling interactions via phone, live chat, and email.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team and grow within a business that offers ongoing development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience
- Work towards individual and team KPIs
- Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance skills and service quality
- Perform general administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as required

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 1–2 years of experience working in a customer service role, ideally in a call centre or office
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, busy environment, meeting individual and team SLAs
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to show empathy and compassion
- Strong multi-tasking abilities, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient IT skills
