Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent based at Durham Gate, Spennymoor in the North Region, you will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment alongside a close-knit group of colleagues.

  • You’re not someone who shies away from challenge; you can think quickly on your feet and make timely decisions all while remaining positive and professional.
  • From liaising with our client base and internal Sales Managers, coordinating the delivery of our products, speaking with Area Operations Managers, and working with Credit Control; each day is guaranteed to be different.

As our next Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for all sales and distribution queries and be responsible for the skillful and efficient delivery of products from our Quarries and Plants across the Region. Whilst placing the highest importance on our sustained standards of excellence in all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental Management you will be a leading contributor to the Company’s zero harm culture.
