Customer Service Agent - Cambridge
Customer Service Role | Vehicle & Guest Manager – Part Time (20 Hours/Week)

Primary Responsibilities
- Guest Welcome & Feedback Collection: Welcome all customers upon arrival and gather feedback to enhance their future rental experience.
- Vehicle Inspection & Damage Reporting: Ensure customers check out vehicles for damage discreetly and direct any issues to appropriate channels.
- Billing & Documentation: Advise customers on rental charges and provide accurate receipts while maintaining a customer-focused process.
- Vehicle Tribe & Maintenance Coordination: Identify and tag vehicles requiring maintenance, grounding or relocation, ensuring they’re directed to the correct depots.
- Flexible Support: Work across various weather conditions and be prepared to fulfill additional tasks to support branch operations.

Key Skills & Requirements
- Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in fast-paced environments and handles pressure independently or collaboratively.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting discrepancies during vehicle inspections, paperwork verification or handover processes.
- Good Communication: Maintains clear, friendly interactions with customers even during peak periods.
- Flexibility: Willing to adhere to shift rotations to ensure continuous service operation.
- Valid Driving License: Minimum 12 months of driving experience preferred.
