Customer Service Agent – UK Customer Operations

About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be a vital part of delivering outstanding support to our customers while upholding Dabble’s high standards. Work across live chat, email, and phone to manage a diverse range of enquiries, support account verification, and ensure we prioritise safer gambling. Ideal for someone with existing wagering industry experience and strong sports betting knowledge—this role offers immediate impact as we grow in the UK Customer Operations team.

Primary Location: Open to candidates based in Leeds and surrounds, though applications from across the UK will be considered.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support across live chat, email, and phone
  • Ensure every interaction aligns with Dabble’s high service standards
  • Assist with customer verification and safer gambling responsibilities as required
  • Support the creation and updating of customer service documentation and training materials
  • Actively collaborate with Customer Operations and other business teams to enhance customer experience
  • Assist Trading, Risk, and operational teams when required

Requirements

  • Experience working in the online wagering or gaming industry (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of sports betting, including markets, bet types, and troubleshooting common queries
  • Proven track record in a customer service environment
  • Familiarity with Intercom or similar customer support platforms
  • Attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Proactive attitude with a customer-first philosophy

Salary

£28,000–£31,000 + benefits, with flexibility to discuss lower/middle range based on fit and experience.
