The Role

Customer Service Agent

Location: Uxbridge

Hours: 40 Hours per week | Mon-Fri 08.30 to 17.30

Salary: £28,000 per annum

We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Uxbridge and provide a high standard of customer service to our on-street contracts. You will be working as a multi-functional and flexible member of the team, capable of working effectively in a multi-contract environment

What will you do?

  • Work as a multi-functional and flexible member of the Customer Service team, capable of working effectively in a multi-contract environment
  • Carry out all tasks according to the given contract processing procedure and guidelines (in line with relevant Government Legislation)
  • Undertake administrative tasks to help ensure that all contracts' KPI’s and SLA’s are met.
  • Use knowledge of processes, legislation to effectively advise all customer of the correct process/outcome.
  • Handle telephone calls professionally and in line with the laid down expected service level
  • Manage queries and strive for solutions to customers problems to a satisfactory end
