Customer Service Agent
Location: Winnersh, Reading - Hybrid - 3 days per week in the office
Pay Rate: £13.37 per hour
Hours: 37.5 per week
Shift Pattern: 9am-6pm - Rotating shift pattern (Mon–Sun) over 4-week rotations which includes 1 weekend off, 2 weekends with 1 day, 1 full weekend working
Contract: Immediate start - ends 30th September 2026
About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Agent to join a hybrid working team supporting one of the UK’s top online car marketplace brands. In this role, you’ll handle customer enquiries via phone, email and web chat, guiding customers through the process of selling their car and ensuring they receive a smooth, positive experience.

- Managing customer interactions via phone, email and web chat
- Providing clear and accurate information throughout the vehicle-selling journey

What You’ll Need

- Proven customer service experience (phones, chat, email or contact centre)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work calmly and professionally in a busy environment
- Immediate availability to start
- No planned long-term holidays or commitments during this assignment
- Comfortable working a hybrid pattern with 2 days per week in the office
