About the Role
Are you looking to kick start your career or grow your career in a different industry? Keyline Civils Specialists is the UK’s number one supplier of specialist civils and drainage solutions, as well as rail and utilities materials. Part of the Travis Perkins group and a top UK employer since 2010, we are seeking ambitious individuals with potential to grow into future leaders.
You’ll join our Keyline Civils Specialist Certificate, a 12-month Apprenticeship designed to support you with a nationally recognised qualification and a long-lasting career. We focus on providing opportunities to explore:

What Will You Be Doing?
At Keyline Civils, there isn’t a typical day—but you can expect to gain exposure across diverse roles within your branch. This readiness will help you identify where your strengths lie and guide your career path.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Building strong, trustworthy relationships with customers—both over the counter and on the phone—through:
- Taking and fulfilling orders
- Providing tailored quotes and solutions
- Assisting with product inquiries
- Preparing quotes and guiding customers through their purchases
- Offering a helpful and friendly service—expect to connect with customers on a personal level
- Applying learned product knowledge to meet customer needs and queries
