About The Post

The role is not suitable for current students due to confidentiality requirements, and these two fixed-term contracts are reserved for recent University of Westminster graduates from 2025 to date, including those graduating this July.

There are two posts available, both fixed-term and full-time, working 35 hours per week. One position is fixed-term until 18th December 2026, the other until 21st March 2027.

We have two vacancies within our Student Centre team based at our Harrow and Cavendish campuses. These posts are positioned within the Student Centre team, delivering first-line support for the majority of the university's student services.

The post holder will enjoy working on busy service points and answering customer enquiries in person and online via our live chat and enquiry management system. They will appreciate working in a dynamic and changing environment, with opportunities to learn and develop skills. The successful candidate will have previous experience of customer service and meet the criteria set out in the person specification. They will work well with a diverse range of customers and have excellent communication and information handling skills. They will also enjoy working collaboratively as part of a number of teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
