Customer Service Assistant
Customer Services Assistant – Food Service
Are you a team player with a passion for food and people? Do you thrive in a busy environment?
If so, we are looking for someone just like you to help us deliver exceptional customer experience for Eurest on a full-time basis (35 hours per week).
About the Role
As a Customer Services Assistant, you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have every opportunity to progress within a company that:

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
- Creating attractive food and counter displays
- Representing Eurest and maintaining a positive brand image
- Handling cash and operating the cash register
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Adhering to Health & Safety regulations

Person Specification
Our ideal Customer Services Assistant will have:
- An enthusiastic, can-do attitude
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach
- The desire to succeed in this fast-paced role
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Outstanding timekeeping and reliability
- A safety-first mindset
- (Preferable but not essential) experience in a similar catering-related role
