Customer Service Assistant
Customer-Facing Store Role
Whatever your role in and around the store, everything you do will be focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Think:

This is a 28-hour role across 4 days, with flexibility considered desirable.
Store Opening Hours
- Monday-Friday: 07:00 AM – 08:00 PM
- Saturday: 08:00 AM – 07:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM – 04:00 PM
About You
Every day, you’ll interact with customers and assist them in ensuring they receive a high-quality service. We are looking for someone with experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a similar retail environment.

Competitive Salary:
- £12.71 per hour (applicants aged 21+)
- £12.00 per hour (applicants aged 18–20)
- £8.82 per hour (applicants under 18)
Additional Benefits:
- Up to £300/month in gain share bonus
- Up to 35 days’ annual leave (including 8 bank holidays)
- Up to 10% employer pension contribution
