Customer Service Assistant

Are you a team player with a passion for food and people? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for someone like you to deliver exceptional customer experience for Defence—full-time (35 hours per week), contracted to 0.2 weeks per year.


About the Role

As a Customer Service Assistant on our defence, government and energy teams, you’ll join a passionate, friendly team and take pride in delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that exceeds customer expectations
  • Creating attractive food and counter displays to enhance presentation
  • Representing Defence and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Handling cash and operating the cash register efficiently
  • Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with all Health & Safety regulations
